Five Star: Zach Hendricks
We did a series called "Five Star" on "living a five star life," that tried to flip on its head the idea of serving Christ for our own gain. One of the first interviews I did was with Zach Hendricks, who's been our worship leader and a very good friend of mine for several years. But this interview was the first time we - or indeed, I - had really delved back into his history. I don't tend to get emotionally unraveled when I interview people, but this one was moving for me.
It was also the first series of interviews I did shooting on the Canon 7D, which has made interviews much more fun to shoot. I also would want to write this without mentioning my thanks to Jermain Gil, who operated the other camera that day.
