Reach 2011
Reach is fast becoming my favorite weekend of the year. The premise is simple: meet on Friday for a night of worship, spend all of Saturday doing mission work throughout the city, and then meet back on Saturday night to celebrate. The motto is: worship like never before, serve like never before, party like never before. I love it. Usually when youth groups say "party," they mean pizza. When we say party, we mean a dance party around an inflatable sumo wrestling battle.
Of course, I have to stay up all night Saturday to get the video ready for Sunday, but I don't mind working 40 out of 48 hours for this much fun.
